My work is the result of my practical training in breweries and my university and college studies in chemistry, mechanics, hygiene and food science.
In the early days of my studies and work, the practical skills of brewing were very rigorous and demanding, and I was always expected to be the best.
We are very proud of the fact that we have been able to make a difference in the lives of so many people.
In the course of my work here in Japan, I was fascinated by the water from the wonderful Mt Fuji spring around Shiraito Falls.
We're very proud of the fact that we've been able to combine the best of German malt, yeast and hops with the best of Mt Fuji water to create our ideal beer.
This beer is the result of a careful selection of ingredients, a well-thought-out recipe and techniques, and a combination of delicious water that can only be found here.
We are very proud of our beer.
